The InfraSure is an independent project assurance and technical consultancy delivering objective technical oversight across construction projects, buildings and infrastructure assets.
Backed by a 40-year engineering heritage and operated with absolute independence from execution bias, our approach combines practical engineering knowledge, technical expertise and systematic assurance processes to provide clients with greater visibility and control over project quality, compliance and performance.
Our qualified and experienced civil engineers can be deployed at different stages of a project for specific inspections, periodic assessments or continuous monitoring, depending on the scope and responsibilities agreed with the client. Our work covers construction quality and QA/QC, quantity and billing assurance, project progress control, technical and asset assessment, MEP and fire/life-safety assurance, as applicable to the agreed scope.
We assess work against approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, applicable Indian Standards, statutory requirements and other relevant standards. Where issues, defects or deviations are identified, findings are documented and reported with supporting evidence, corrective actions are followed up and the affected work is reassessed through to verified closure, as applicable to the agreed scope.
Our role is not to replace the project team or take responsibility for construction execution. We provide an independent technical layer that helps stakeholders see what is actually happening and act on evidence.
Objective technical assessment without execution responsibility or contractor commercial interest.
Qualified and experienced civil engineers assessing actual site conditions, project information and technical requirements.
Findings supported by site observations, measurements, photographs and relevant project documentation.
Issues are documented, corrective actions followed and affected work reassessed where included within the agreed scope.
We assess actual site execution against approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, project requirements and agreed scope—not simply what is planned or reported.
Inspections and assessments are undertaken at relevant project stages so defects, deviations and incomplete work can be identified while corrective action remains practical.
Site observations are considered alongside drawings, specifications, measurements, BOQs, bills, test records, photographs and other relevant project documentation, as applicable to the engagement.
An identified issue is not treated as complete merely because it has been reported. Where included in agreed scope, corrective action is followed up and affected work reassessed before closure is recorded.
The level of involvement, inspection frequency, reporting and follow-up is defined by the scope and responsibilities agreed with each client.
To be a trusted independent project assurance partner, helping stakeholders achieve greater quality, control and confidence across construction and infrastructure projects.
To provide reliable inspection, verification, monitoring, assessment and reporting services that identify issues early, support corrective action and help clients maintain greater control over project outcomes.
Our values shape how we inspect, assess, report and engage with clients throughout the agreed scope of an assignment.
Identifying issues early and supporting timely corrective action to reduce avoidable rework, delays, cost exposure and long-term asset risks.
Maintaining clear documentation and reporting from initial observation through corrective action, reassessment and closure.
Applying qualified engineering expertise, practical site experience and attention to detail to assess construction, buildings and infrastructure assets.
Providing impartial technical assessments and reporting based on site observations, measurements, documentation and applicable project requirements.
Verifying work against approved drawings, specifications, project requirements and applicable Indian Standards to identify deviations and quality gaps.
