Independent Assurance
Across Sectors.

Different sectors create different technical, construction, operational and asset risks. The InfraSure provides independent engineering-led assurance tailored to the nature of the asset, the project stage and the scope agreed with the client.

WHERE WE PROVIDE ASSURANCE

Different Assets.
Different Risks.

Our role is not to apply one generic inspection checklist to every project. Assurance priorities change with the asset, its intended use, construction methodology, project stage, documentation and the risks that matter to the stakeholder.

We can deploy qualified and experienced civil engineers for specific inspections, periodic assessments or continuous monitoring, depending on the agreed scope and responsibilities. Engagements may focus on one technical area or combine multiple assurance requirements.

What changes by industry? The technical questions change. A residential development may require strong visibility on workmanship, quantities and handover condition; a hotel may place greater emphasis on MEP, fire/life-safety and pre-opening readiness; an industrial or infrastructure asset may require closer attention to technical execution, progress, compliance and asset condition.
INDUSTRY DETAIL

Assurance Designed Around
the Asset.

The following outlines typical assurance priorities. Actual inspection depth, frequency, reporting and follow-up are defined by the scope and responsibilities agreed for each engagement.

01

Real Estate & Residential

Residential developments β€’ Housing β€’ Apartments β€’ Villas β€’ Mixed-use assets

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Construction quality and workmanship
  • QA/QC inspections at relevant stages
  • Executed quantities and billing support
  • Defects, snags and pre-handover condition

Where We Help

Provide owners, developers and other stakeholders with independent visibility into actual execution, quantities, quality and outstanding works from construction through handover or pre-leasing.

Typical outcome: clearer evidence of what has been executed, what remains outstanding and which observations require corrective attention.
02

Commercial, Retail & Hospitality

Offices β€’ Retail β€’ Hotels β€’ Restaurants β€’ Hospitality assets

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Construction quality and finishing standards
  • MEP installation and technical systems
  • Fire & life-safety provisions
  • Pre-opening, pre-handover and readiness assessments

Where We Help

Support stakeholders where building performance, safety systems, finishing quality and readiness for occupation or opening require independent technical review and documented observations.

Typical outcome: technical visibility across construction, building systems, safety provisions and outstanding readiness items.
03

Industrial, Warehousing & Infrastructure

Industrial facilities β€’ Warehouses β€’ Infrastructure assets β€’ Utility-related works

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Technical inspection of executed works
  • Progress and quantity verification
  • Compliance with project requirements
  • Condition and technical risk observations

Where We Help

Provide independent checks where scale, multiple work packages, technical interfaces or operational requirements make objective site visibility particularly important.

Typical outcome: better traceability between site execution, progress reporting, quantities, documentation and technical requirements.
04

Institutional & Public-Use

Schools β€’ Colleges β€’ Hospitals β€’ Offices β€’ Public-use buildings

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Construction quality and QA/QC
  • Technical and safety assessment
  • MEP and fire/life-safety review where scoped
  • Pre-handover condition and documentation

Where We Help

Help institutions and public-use stakeholders obtain an independent technical view of buildings that need to support safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose use over time.

Typical outcome: documented technical observations that support decisions on quality, safety, handover and outstanding corrective works.
05

Redevelopment, Fit-Out & Brownfield

Existing buildings β€’ Renovation β€’ Fit-out β€’ Brownfield projects

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Existing-condition assessment
  • Interface between old and new works
  • Execution monitoring and quality
  • Technical risks and defects

Where We Help

Assess existing conditions and monitor relevant redevelopment or fit-out works where concealed conditions, interfaces and phased execution can create additional technical risk.

Typical outcome: clearer understanding of existing conditions, execution issues and technical observations requiring action as works progress.
06

Media, Entertainment & Event Infrastructure

Event venues β€’ Temporary structures β€’ Production infrastructure β€’ Special structures

Typical Assurance Focus

  • Temporary and special structure assessment
  • Site safety and technical compliance
  • Execution and installation observations
  • Readiness and condition before use

Where We Help

Provide focused technical assurance for time-sensitive environments where temporary works, site conditions, safety provisions and readiness need objective inspection before or during use.

Typical outcome: documented technical observations supporting readiness, corrective action and risk visibility within the agreed scope.

HOW WE ENGAGE

The Scope Follows
the Need.

There is no requirement for every project to use every assurance service. We define the level of involvement, inspection frequency, reporting and follow-up around the client's requirements and the risks relevant to the engagement.

Our engineers may be engaged for a single inspection, a stage-wise assessment, periodic visits or continuous site monitoring, depending on the agreed responsibilities.

01Single / Specific Inspection

Focused technical review for a defined issue, stage, area or decision.

02Stage-Wise Assurance

Inspections aligned to relevant construction or project milestones.

03Periodic Assessment

Scheduled technical assessments providing continuing independent visibility.

04Continuous Monitoring

Qualified engineering presence on site where continuous monitoring is specifically agreed.
